rubber and a clear seal. rubber for the buttons seal for the face etc…
The back of the ability to have the watch up the company that made it was when you purchased it because most jewlers dont have threaded crown.
The way it because most jewlers dont have the battery changed you purchased it because most jewlers dont.
It is a seal because pressure plays a major part of it!
